Hi, I’m Salwa.
This is my portfolio.
I’m a writer by passion and a strategic communicator by trade. I offer copywriting and editorial services for brands and businesses, including creative strategy and content design.
I was born in Morocco, grew up in the US, and did most of my studies—including a BA in journalism and an MA in cultural policy & management—in the UK.
I’m now based in Prague, where I work as a full-time UX Writer at Emplifi. Before that, I spent 8 years as both an in-house and external copywriter for a PR company, a couple of start-ups, and some multinational advertising agencies.
I also write fiction, play with Blood, Love and Rhetoric, and I love pretty much anything to do with books and performance.
I’m open to working on projects around the world.
